Boat part number 7600849 is a new, off the roll, increment of puff cord welting from Supra Boats, part number 117238 .

Welting, also called puff cord, seat cord or welt piping because of the round edge, is a fabric-covered cord made of upholstery fabric. Welting is sewn with a fabric lip to insert it between fabric pieces with the puff edge remaining visible. It’s often used on the edges of arm rests and seat cushions.

Manufacturer calls this Silver, we see it closer to a metallic gray color. This pattern is called Trexx, which has a sort of faux woven appearance.

Manufacturer describes this puff cord welting as having a piece of 1/4″ cord running through it, we measure it to be approximately 3/8″ W x 3/4″ H overall.
