Boat part number 1115997 is a new, off the roll, increment of Arctic Ice puff cord welting from Cobalt Boats, part number 191028 .

Welting, also called puff cord, seat cord or welt piping because of the round edge, is a fabric-covered cord made of upholstery fabric. Welting is sewn with a fabric lip to insert it between fabric pieces with the puff edge remaining visible. It’s often used on the edges of arm rests and seat cushions. This welting has relief cuts.

Manufacturer calls this Arctic Ice, we see it closer to an off white color. Has a coarse, faux leather texture.

Manufacturer describes this puff cord welting as having a piece of 3/8″ puff cord running through it, we measure it to be approximately 1/2″. Measures approximately 1″ H x 1/2″ W overall.
